美众议院通过“剥离TikTok”，外交部、商务部回应！

The United States House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed a bill on Wednesday that would give TikTok's Chinese owner ByteDance about six months to divest the US assets of the short-video app, or face a ban.
根据该法案，字节跳动被要求在颁布法案后的165天内剥离TikTok，否则该应用将在美国遭禁止。若此法案成为正式法律，字节跳动将不得不出售TikTok，否则如苹果和谷歌等应用商店将不再提供网络托管服务给TikTok，且TikTok也将无法与美国的其他企业进行商务合作。
This legislation mandates ByteDance to divest TikTok within a 165-day period starting from its enactment date. Failure to comply will result in TikTok facing a prohibition within the United States.
外交部：完全是强盗逻辑！
在3月14日下午的外交部例行记者会上，有记者就美国众议院通过TikTok法案提问。发言人汪文斌表示，美国众议院通过的这个法案，让美国站在了公平竞争原则和国际经贸规则的对立面。
"This bill adopted by the US House of Representatives puts the US on the wrong side of the principles of fair competition and international trade rules," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said at a daily news conference on Thursday.
如果所谓“国家安全”理由可以用来任意打压别国优秀企业，那就毫无公平、正义可言。看到别人的好东西，就要想方设法据为己有，这完全是强盗逻辑。

商务部：坚决维护自身合法权益
商务部也在3月14日下午的新闻发布会上作出回应。商务部发言人何亚东表明，中国已经注意到美国国会的行动，并敦促美国真正遵守市场经济和公平竞争原则，停止无理压制外国企业，为所有国家的企业提供一个开放、公平、公正和非歧视的营商环境。

何亚东强调，相关各方必须遵循中国的法律法规，中国将采取所有必要措施，坚决保护自身的合法权益。

周受资：公司将行使法定权利
当地时间3月13日，在美国众议院投票结束后，TikTok首席执行官周受资在TikTok和社交媒体平台X上发布视频回应表示很失望。
“这项立法如果签署成为法律，将导致TikTok在美国被禁止，哪怕是该法案的提案者也承认，这 （封禁） 是他们的目标。”

周受资称，这项法案给了其他部分社交媒体公司更多权力，“将从创作者和小企业的口袋里拿走数十亿美元，并使超30万美国人的工作面临风险”。
TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew said in a video posted after the vote that the legislation if signed into law "will lead to a ban on TikTok in the United States... and would take billions of dollars out of the pockets of creators and small businesses."
