搪瓷盆草莓蛋糕火了！网友：这不是我妈装猪油的盆吗？

近日，“冬天的第一盆草莓蛋糕带火搪瓷盆”的词条火上了热搜。有网友发视频称，自家蛋糕工厂推出的搪瓷盆草莓蛋糕，竟让网上的复古搪瓷盆供不应求，不仅涨价了，还“全网没货”，卖盆的老板都“已读不回”。

“最近搪瓷盆蛋糕热度比较高，需要至少提前一天预订。”山东济南的一家蛋糕店店主孙先生介绍，目前店内在售的6寸搪瓷盆草莓蛋糕价格为85.8元/盆，顾客以年轻人为主。“自11月初上架该款蛋糕以来，已累计销售近千盆。”孙先生说。

“一开始抱着试试看的心态上架了产品，没想到这么火。”济南一家甜品店店主朱女士说：“一天至少卖出三四十盆，预计能火到元旦。”

据了解，一部分人买搪瓷盆草莓蛋糕的原因，重点在搪瓷盆带来的“情怀”，其次才是“草莓”。有网友表示，“小时候妈妈用搪瓷盆装熬好的猪油，现在我给家里人买搪瓷盆草莓蛋糕，这算不算也是一种时代的奇妙传承。”还有网友称，吃完蛋糕，盆可以用来装猪油。

Wang Xiaohui, head of the Digital Economy Department at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, said that the spike in enamel basin sales from popular cakes is a temporary trend. With more enamel basin makers and stable strawberry prices, the cake's cost is set to drop, making it more affordable in the future.
