买3C贴纸过安检？不到6元1000张……律师提醒

近日，社交平台上不少网友反映，自己带的充电宝不允许带上飞机，网友分享的现场图片显示，成筐的旅客充电宝在机场被拦下，“没有3C标志的都上不了飞机”。
China's civil aviation regulator has announced a ban on power banks that lack valid 3C certification, have unclear 3C labels, or have been subject to product recalls, prohibiting them from being carried on domestic flights as part of efforts to enhance aviation safety.
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) said in an emergency notice that the new regulation will take effect starting Saturday.
However, users discovered e-commerce platforms selling counterfeit 3C label stickers. Screenshots revealed packs of 1,000 fake labels priced at just a few yuan.
Industry insiders disclosed these stickers are produced by unlicensed manufacturers. Sellers evade platform reviews by listing them as "decorative stickers" or steal certification numbers from legitimate products—constituting fraudulent certification. Applying such labels to uncertified devices violates anti-counterfeiting laws and risks product seizures.
By Thursday evening, searches for "3C stickers" on major platforms returned zero results.
Fu Jian, director of Henan Zejin Law Firm, said that selling or using fake 3C labels is illegal, as they misrepresent unqualified products as certified.
E-commerce platforms, as service providers, bear responsibility for maintaining marketplace integrity. Allowing fake labels threatens consumer safety, making intensified oversight critical to public welfare.
