During the WAIC 2025, CONNECT is collaborating with businesses from over 10 countries including the United Kingdom, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Malaysia to release more than 50 demands valued at 20 billion yuan ($2.78 billion). These demands span across key sectors as urban renewal, outbound services, smart manufacturing and healthcare.

The World Artificial Intelligence Conference 2025 is introducing the WAIC City Walk program to link 128 AI experience locations, extending the event's presence from the exhibition center to sites across Shanghai. WAIC 2025 organizers have crafted three routes: inside the exhibition center, encircling the center and district visits, providing guests with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the advancements of AI in various aspects of urban life.
