朱一龙，申请强制执行

A Beijing court recently ruled in favor of Chinese actor Zhu Yilong in an online infringement case, ordering the defendant, surnamed Zhao, to issue a public apology and pay compensation.

According to the verdict, the disputed post included a manipulated image of Zhu with a black block-like beard superimposed over his face, which was deemed intentionally derogatory. Accompanying comments also contained negative remarks about the actor.

The court determined that the altered image, which displayed obvious signs of digital manipulation, was used to mock and disparage the actor’s appearance. In addition to the formal apology, Zhao was directed to pay 5,000 yuan in economic damages and an additional 5,000 yuan in moral compensation for emotional distress caused to Zhu.

Despite the ruling taking legal effect, Zhao has yet to comply with the apology obligation. As a result, Zhu has applied for compulsory enforcement to ensure the court’s decision is carried out.

Born in 1988 in Wuhan, Hubei province, Zhu Yilong is known for starring in films such as Lost in the Stars, Lighting Up the Stars, and Only the River Flows. He earned both the Golden Rooster Award and Hundred Flowers Award for Best Actor for his role as Mo Sanmei in Lighting Up the Stars, making him a dual award-winning actor.
