女子散步踩到氢氟酸后去世，官方通报

Tu was walking when she came into contact with the chemical, leading to severe poisoning. She was immediately hospitalized but succumbed to multiple organ failure days later.
Local authorities, including police and environmental agencies, are investigating the incident. Ecological departments have conducted safe disposal procedures at the site, and the local government is coordinating follow-up efforts.

据封面新闻报道，成都医学院第一附属医院烧伤整形科主任邹杰表示，“氢氟酸烧伤后，不会出现无法救治的情况。”邹杰指出，相比一般的酸盐酸烧伤、硝酸烧伤和硫酸烧伤，氢氟酸的症状会更严重一些，但也属于烧伤的范畴。
Zou Jie, a burn specialist at Chengdu Medical College Affiliated Hospital, notes that while HF burns are serious, they are treatable with prompt and proper care.
如果氢氟酸烧伤的面积特别大，会对身体造成影响吗？邹杰表示，首先，烧伤本身就会对身体造成比较严重的后果，包括早期休克、后期感染，甚至皮肤软组织缺损以后，造成全身多器官功能衰竭。第二，氢氟酸大量进入人体后，会对机体细胞、血液造成一定的毒性，比如可能会对肾脏造成一些继发性的损伤。第三，它会造成人体内环境紊乱，机体是酸碱比较平衡的状态，大量的酸进去以后，会改变身体的pH值。
“但是不用过于担心，还是有治疗方法的。”邹杰表示，比如对于一些烧伤的病人，早期进行体液管理，进行液体复苏，大量的输液补液，然后预防低血容量性休克；进行多个器官的功能的监测，保护各个器官功能，甚至包括后期的血液净化透析。

HF is rarely encountered in daily life. Most cases occur in industrial environments. Still, the public should handle all corrosive chemicals — like drain cleaners or strong acids — with care: wear gloves, avoid skin contact, and store products safely.
不过他提醒，对于生活中出现的其他具有腐蚀性的化合物，比如盐酸、硫酸、草酸、烧碱等，公众不可掉以轻心，“比如洗厕液等生活中用来溶解污垢的制品都具有一定腐蚀性。如果不做好防护直接接触它们，也会造成化学烧伤。氢氟酸烧伤只属于化学性烧伤里面的一个类型。”
