29日晚，有网友在社交平台发布视频反映，重庆市一家饭店疑似根据顾客口音使用“阴阳菜单”，同类菜品存在数十元差价，涉嫌对外地游客“宰客”等行为，引发舆论关注。
The market regulatory administration in Shapingba district said it had verified the restaurant's use of a "dual-menu scheme" following online accusations. The practice involved offering menu items at significantly higher prices, sometimes dozens of yuan more, to non-local customers compared to locals.
The investigation was launched after a video went viral on social media on Thursday night. The footage alleged that the restaurant identified customers by their accents and presented them with a more expensive menu.
根据通报，经核查，消费者举报的该饭店使用标价不一致的两种菜单行为属实，相关部门将根据调查情况依法依规严肃处理。
Authorities confirmed the misconduct and have instructed the restaurant to cease business immediately for rectification. The restaurant must also refund the affected customers.
通报表示，沙坪坝区市场监督管理局对损害消费者权益的行为零容忍，将持续加大市场监管力度，坚决查处扰乱市场秩序的违法行为。
In a statement, the administration emphasized a zero-tolerance policy toward consumer rights violations and pledged to strengthen market supervision to punish illegal activities that disrupt market order. Further penalties will be imposed based on the ongoing investigation.
