双语君约 1 分钟According to an official statement released on Saturday by the Ciba town government in Jiaxian county, the incident occurred at approximately 7:40 pm on Feb 19, when a dispute arose between Ding, and a woman surnamed Yang,following a collision involving electric bicycles.
Liu and Han, Yang's son and daughter-in-law, arrived at the scene and allegedly engaged in verbal abuse and physical assault against Ding's sister — a 15-year-old girl — as well as others present, identified as Guo, Zhang, and Xue.
目前，公安机关已对犯罪嫌疑人刘某飞、韩某娜采取刑事强制措施。案件正在进一步办理中。
Public security authorities have taken criminal compulsory measures against the suspects, the son and daughter-in-law of Yang, as the case continues to be investigated.
