大学生要去柬埔寨找男友，被当场劝返！

“女士，你的目的地在哪里？”

“金边。”

6月8日，一位杭州女大学生准备前往柬埔寨金边与境外男友相见，被浙江边检总站杭州边检站执勤民警劝返。

Border inspection officers in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province, persuaded a female university student to cancel a planned trip to Cambodia on Monday after discovering she knew little about an online boyfriend she intended to meet.

这名女生目前是在校大学生。当被问及在金边的“男朋友”叫什么名字的、几岁、户籍在哪里时，她一无所知。

“我只知道他的小名，这次往返行程是他全程安排好的。”女生说，因平日与父母关系疏离，她只将出行计划告知姐姐，打算只身前往柬埔寨。而她和她口中全程安排行程的“男朋友”交往时间大概是10个月，两人年龄相差较大。

The student said she had been in an online relationship with the man for about 10 months, but could not provide his full name, age or place of residence, saying she only knew his nickname and that he had arranged the entire trip.

现场检查可见，女生除随身背包外，还有少量托运行李。

“我和她细致讲解了柬埔寨当地复杂的安全形势。”今年37岁的执勤三队副队长蔡春敏，拥有16年边检工作经验，长期负责口岸普法、人员劝导工作。发现异常后，她没有简单劝阻，而是结合真实案例，科普私自前往境外、会见陌生网友存在的人身、财产安全风险，同时宣讲出入境相关法律法规。

After learning more about the situation, officers patiently explained the potential safety risks of meeting unfamiliar online contacts abroad and shared relevant real-life cases.

在民警的耐心引导下，女生认清潜在危险，最终主动放弃出境行程。随后民警将她送至机场出口，再次开展安全警示教育后，女生独自离开机场。

The student eventually recognized the risks and voluntarily gave up the trip.

杭州边检提醒广大青年学子：毕业、暑期出行一定要绷紧安全弦，出行前务必了解目的地安全状况，主动将行程告知家人。切勿隐瞒家属私自出境，不要独自前往境外会见陌生网友，提高自我保护与反诈意识。
