12306购票新变化！将可提前60天预约

记者17日从中国国家铁路集团有限公司客运中心获悉，7月20日起，铁路部门将在京沪高铁、京沪铁路的200多趟列车试点新增火车票预约购票服务。

Starting July 20, China's railway authorities will pilot a new ticket reservation service on more than 200 trains operating on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed and conventional rail lines, according to the Passenger Transport Center of China State Railway Group.

旅客可通过铁路12306手机客户端“预约购票”专区，在列车开车前第60天至第17天填报预约需求，铁路12306系统将于开车前第20天至第16天兑现预约订单。

Passengers can submit reservation requests through the "reserve tickets" section of the official 12306 mobile app between 60 and 17 days before departure. The system will automatically process successful reservation requests and issue tickets between 20 and 16 days before departure.

7月20日至8月29日为过渡期，可依次预约9月15日及以后的车票，8月30日起，可常态化预约开车前第60天至第17天车票。

国铁集团客运中心负责人介绍，火车票预约购票服务是指铁路部门在车票预售期开始前，提前对接旅客购票需求，统筹调配运力和票额资源，并在约定时间内向购票人反馈兑现结果的购票服务。

实行预约购票，有利于铁路部门提前对接掌握旅客出行需求，科学配置运力资源，优化票额分配机制，更好匹配运能与需求关系，实现“按需开车”，确保运力资源最大化利用；有利于火车票发售更加均衡，可以更好地满足旅客个性化购票需求，进一步提升旅客购票体验，为旅客提前规划行程创造更加有利的条件。

A spokesperson for China State Railway Group said the new service will help authorities better anticipate passenger demand, allocate transport resources more efficiently, and optimize ticket distribution. This demand-driven approach will help maximize transport capacity, improve the balance of ticket sales, better meet diverse travel needs, and make it easier for passengers to plan their trips well in advance.

这位负责人介绍，目前试点新增的火车票预约购票服务仅面向普通旅客，暂不支持超过19人的团体旅客预约。
