主要职责
- 与主要经纪人/执行经纪人/基金管理人、第三方OMS/PMS进行交易、现金和头寸处理和调节；
- 与对手方调查失败的交易；调查每日现金和股票调节时间；
- 执行UAT以增强和推广系统；
- 根据需要履行其他职责，包括但不限于协助业务/风险管理/合规报告和监测及数据分析

- 协助团队管理日常操作和升级。

要求/资格
- 学士或以上学历；香港办公室；
- 5-7年相关经验，具有良好的沟通能力;
- 英语和普通话流利，广东话更佳；
- 具有独立工作能力和能干态度的团队精神高度组织化，非常注重细节；
- 熟练掌握计算机技能；
- VBA或Python更佳

HIRING: Hedge Fund Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Perform trade, cash, and position procession and reconciliations with Prime Brokers / Execution brokers / Fund administrators, Third Party OMS/PMS
- Investigate failing trades with counterparties
Investigate daily cash and stock reconciliation breaks
- Perform UAT for system enhancement and roll out
- Perform other duties as required, including but not limited to assistance in operations/ risk management/ compliance reporting and monitoring and data analysis

- Assist the team in managing the day-to-day operations and escalations

Requirements / Qualifications
- HK-based role.
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with good communication skills.
- The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Team Player with ability to work independently and with a can-do attitude
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of VBA or Python would be advantageous
