A full matrix of LOD scores of interactions among Vita loci in the T42 survivorship. The upper triangle tabulates male scores and the lower triangle tabulates female scores. LODs at or above 3.9 (n = 22 detected in males, n = 19 detected in females), labelled in larger font, are significant with a Bonferroni correction for 387 tests per sex that excludes 19 tests between syntenic loci (for example, between Vita1a and Vita1b).
