男孩留学回国后行为诡异，不敢说话、不敢带手机，全家靠写小纸条交流，父母将其带到派出所才真相大白

近日，上海市闵行区华漕派出所成功劝阻一起针对留学生的“冒充公检法”电信网络诈骗。报警人周女士称，儿子小张在国外留学，此次假期回国后举止反常，出门不敢携带手机，在家甚至只愿通过纸条与家人交流。

Shanghai police have thwarted a phone scam targeting an overseas student after his mother noticed his unusual behavior following his return home for a holiday, local authorities said.

周女士回忆，孩子当时神情紧张、极度恐慌，第一个反常举动是把家人的三部手机全部放到客厅，远离交谈区域，随后用纸笔写字告诉家人：自己“被监听了”。

The student, surnamed Zhang, refused to carry his phone when going out and communicated with his family through handwritten notes, claiming he was being monitored.

经了解，小张在留学期间接到一通自称“福州警方”的电话，对方称其涉嫌“洗钱”，并表示若想“优先办结案件”，需将60万元保证金转入所谓“安全账户”。涉世未深的小张信以为真。回国后，他按照骗子的教唆，以“学校交换项目验资”为由向父母索要钱款。周女士心生疑虑，先发邮件向校方核实，得到明确回复并无此项要求后，选择了报警。

He had received a call from someone posing as a police officer in Fuzhou, Fujian province, who accused him of money laundering and demanded a 600,000-yuan deposit be transferred to a so-called "secure account" to expedite the case.

Believing the caller, Zhang asked his parents for the money under the pretext of a university exchange program. His mother grew suspicious and contacted the school, which denied making such a request, before reporting the matter to police.

因小张拒绝前往派出所，民警与周女士商定以“偶遇”的方式实施劝阻：由其父亲借散步之机，将小张引向派出所方向；母亲与民警保持联系；民警则在派出所门外一处不显眼的位置制造“偶遇”，随后顺势将小张带入派出所，开展劝阻。

As Zhang refused to visit a police station, officers from Huacao police station in Shanghai's Minhang district arranged a chance encounter with him outside the station and persuaded him to come in.

华漕派出所民警顾超敏介绍，在场民警结合“冒充公检法”诈骗典型案例逐条拆解，耐心宣讲反诈知识，逐一解开小张心中的疑虑。民警向他说明，冒充公检法是典型的诈骗套路，骗子惯于伪造通缉令；公安机关如确需办案，绝不会提前电话通知，而是依法传唤或上门。

经过数小时劝解，小张最终认清骗局的真面目，并向民警表示感谢。顾超敏表示，小张从最初沉默不语、情绪低落，到逐渐开朗、愿意交流，“这时候可能已经打开了他相应的心结”。

After several hours of patient explanation, officers helped Zhang recognize the scam. They warned that police would never demand money transfers or handle cases over the phone.

警方提醒

凡自称公检法等国家机关工作人员，通过电话要求将资金转入所谓“安全账户”，或要求提供银行账号、密码、验证码的，均为诈骗。公安机关不会通过电话、网络办案，请广大群众提高警惕，切勿上当。
