录取通知书出现错字，高校致歉

8月6日，位于安徽省合肥市的巢湖学院发出《致歉声明》称，我校2023级新生录取通知书在印制过程中，由于工作人员的疏忽和审查不严，导致部分新生录取通知书上的报到时间“9月6日”错误印刷为“9月6月”，给新生和家长们带来了诸多不便和困扰。对此，我们表示深深的歉意！

Chaohu University in Anhui province has admitted to a misspelling in the admission letters it sent to its 2023 freshmen.
The misspelling was of the Chinese character for "day", which was mistakenly printed as the character for "month". This led some students to question the authenticity of the letters.
