“警察叔叔，我爸爸妈妈长这样！”8岁男孩走失后画了父母的肖像画，民警：画得很努力，抽象得很彻底

脑袋两个圈，身体两个椭圆，四肢像树枝一样支棱着......一张纸上歪歪扭扭地画着两个“火柴人”，犹如“抽象派”速写。

画好后，孩子郑重地把画交到警察手里，仰着头补了一句：“警察叔叔，我爸爸妈妈长这样。”

An 8-year-old boy in Quanzhou, Fujian province, who got lost from his family on Oct 23 helped police identify and contact his parents by drawing a crude, abstract portrait of the couple, leading to a reunion at a local police station.

孩子画的父母“肖像画”。

这是10月23日发生在福建省泉州市公安局泉港分局后龙派出所的一幕。

当天，一个8岁的男孩和家人走散。在看到派出所的标识后，他一路小跑过去，推开了接待大厅的门。

孩子跑进派出所。

见到执勤民警，孩子认认真真地抬手敬礼，反复说着“敬礼、敬礼”，稚嫩的举动让在场民警心头一暖。

After spotting the station sign, the boy ran into the reception hall, raised his hand in a solemn salute, and repeated "salute, salute", a gesture that warmed the officers on duty.

由于孩子难以清晰表述家庭住址、家属联系方式等关键信息，民警放缓语速、耐心陪伴安抚。就在大家琢磨怎么帮孩子找家人时，“小孩哥”提出了自己的方案：“我把爸爸妈妈画出来！”

Because he could not clearly state his home address or his parents' phone number, officers slowed their speech and comforted him while considering how to trace his family. The boy then proposed his own solution: "I'll draw my mom and dad."

画好后，男孩郑重地把画交到民警手里。民警拿着这张“肖像画”端详了半天，忍不住笑出了声：“孩子画得很努力，抽象得很彻底。”唯一能用来“辨认身份”的线索大概就是发型长短。

He handed the finished picture to the officers with great seriousness. They studied the sketch, two figures with circular heads, oval bodies, and branch-like limbs, and could not help laughing. 

"He tried very hard, and it is thoroughly abstract," one officer said. Hair length was about the only detail that could help identify the people depicted.

在此期间，派出所的多位民警结合男孩走散的大致方位，分头展开排查。经过全力查找，半个小时后，民警顺利联系上了正在寻找孩子的家长。

家长匆匆赶到派出所，看到孩子安然无恙，悬着的心终于放下，连连向民警道谢。

Meanwhile, several officers split up to check the surrounding area. About half an hour later, they reached the couple by phone. The parents, who had been searching for the child, rushed to the station, saw he was safe, and thanked the officers repeatedly.

家长赶来派出所。

原来，孩子本在父母经营的理发店玩耍。趁父母不注意时跑远，忘记了回去的路。于是，孩子用一次主动求助以及一张简笔画，开启了一场特别的寻亲求助。

It turned out the boy had been playing at the barbershop run by his family, slipped away while his parents were busy, and forgot the way back.
